The Carnegie Library does it again!  This weekend there will be an EXTRAVAGANZA for children and those they choose to escort at the Carnegie Library (main branch). Imagination is the focus of the event. Since I have been a dreamer all of my life, I applaud anything that inspires imagination in children.
