One Secret to a Working Mom Success: Celebrate the Seasons With Traditions

Greetings from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania ! Things have been busy. I am still a working mom of three, working full time who is trying to make a difference. I do a lot of things and try to be present so that I can learn from them. I share them on this blog so that we can learn together. Below are some thoughts, hacks, and/or lessons that I have learned from navigating my world. "Family traditions counter alienation and confusion. Diane Mizota and Chaton Turner chat at the BlogHer'12 Conference (#BlogHer)

I finally figured out how to get the interview I made with Diane Mizota, VP of Pop Culture at "Pop Chips" at the BlogHer'12 conference off of my iPad and onto YouTube . I am rather embarassed that it took me a month to figure out how to do it, I decided to do what I planned and post it.
Have patience with me. I did the interview in a restaurant at the New York Hilton so there's a lot of background noise.  For my next interview I'll be more sensitive to that. Still, even with the background noise I think that it's a good interview.

Diane is a delight.  I really hope to collaborate with her in the future. (Diane, can you hear me?!) I met her through Rachel Blaufeld from "Backngroovemom" who has is a major "connector" ala Malcolm Gladwell's The Tipping Point. She seems to know everyone and has been kind enough to to introduce me people in her network. Thanks Rachel!
