Twitter Tuesday: Women on Twitter

On this Tuesday following Thanksgiving, I am thankful for the great women that I have come to know on Twitter! So, from now until the end of the year I'll be introducing you to some of my favorite ladies on Twitter. Below is a list of some of my favorites.

Interesting Women on Twitter:

1.     @Backngroovemom: Rachel Blaufeld is my cosmic sister! After meeting her this summer I felt an instant kinship. And my instincts were right. Rachel and I were both profiled in an article about Pittsburgh bloggers earlier this year and we have been friends ever since. She’s describes herself as “Another Lifestyle Blogger, freelance writer, entrepreneur, & Mom of Tweens at the intersection of family and entrepreneurship. No topic is off limits.”  http://backngroovemom.com

2.     @PartyPlanDivas: All moms are party planners in their hearts even if they can't manage to pull it all together. The Party Plan Coach can help with that problem. The Party Plan Coah works with women worldwide to succeed in their Party Plan Business! Mom, Wife, Blogger, Coach, and Friend. http://www.partyplandivasinc.com

3.     @AskDocG: I met Deborah Gilboa, MD a few months ago and I am a fan. She’s one of the nicest folks you’ll ever meet and a pediatrician who has decided to use her knowledge to help struggling parents. She describes herself as a “Part-time family doc, full time mom (4 boys!). Int'l speaking & writing about real life parenting; the awesome, the awful and the amusing.” http://AskDoctorG.com

4.     @RandomBlogette: Moms are the new hotness! Showcasing the struggles and joys of parenting while trying to not have a nervous breakdown. http://randomblogette.com

5.     @birthstoriesond: I met Kelli Stapleton this past weekend at “Parents Palooza” and she was warm and supportive. She is all about supporting other women as they navigate this journey called life and motherhood. Among other things she’s collecting birth stories and sharing them. She describes her site in 160 characters as “The Birth Stories Podcast, Radio Show, Website,& Book. All produced by the tall *snort*, ambitious, autism mom, and diet coke drinking Kelli Stapleton.Learn more about Kelli and her work at http://www.birthstoriesondemand.com.
