Wednesday Reflections: Spring time in Pittsburgh

Every urban dweller knows that warm weather means sitting on the stoop. If everything is rocking on all cylinders, you are consuming a beverage on the stoop. If you're a kid, it's virgin, if you're an adult and not pregnant, you may have it spiked. It's entirely up to you though. Either way, I won't judge you.
