At Atria's I have SO many incomplete blog posts that it's laughable. They're incomplete because I'll start writing them and then life happens. They're incomplete because in between my inspiration for the post and editing it, I realized that I had a sponsored post to complete. They're incomplete because some national event took precedence. They're incomplete because I realized that we needed milk, eggs, or some other essential and I just forgot about it. There are so many explanations about why they're incomplete that I could devote an entire series of posts to that. As working moms a lot of people rely on us—our families, our bosses, organizations that we serve… We know that we can't fulfill our obligations unless we are healthy. However, our busy schedules can sometimes make staying healthy hard. I remember that my mom used to keep Lance Peanut Butter Crackers in her purse when we were young. I imagine she did that because she didn't often have time to enjoy a proper lunch. We have all been there. However, even with our busy schedules we have to make sure that we get the appropriate nutrients if we want to stay healthy.
