Mom and three kids Greetings from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania! Things have been busy. I am still a working mom of three, working full time who is trying to make a difference. I do a lot of things and try to be present so that I can learn from them. I share them on this blog so that we can learn together. Below are some thoughts, hacks, and/or lessons that I have learned from navigating my world. Black Maternal Health Week April 11-17, 2025 I am a Black mom to three wonderful children. I was blessed to have three successful births. While I am an attorney, my third delivery highlighted the potential risks that occur when a physician fails to listen to the birthing person. Initially, I chalked it up to the physician involved and limited it to my personal birthing experience. Then, I learned that I was not special. I am a part of Disney Social Media Moms. As part of this program I received a discount package to visit Disney World and the Disney Wonder with my family. All opinions expressed are my own. 

For the past two years I have been a part of the Disney Social Media Moms Celebration conference.They just announced that the details for the 2018 celebration. I hope that more of my blogging friends are there!

People have written about the experienced a lot on line. And I am here to say that it is pretty friggin' awesome! One of my favorite memories was watching my kids enjoy their breakfast on deck. The food was fresh, the view was beautiful and the weather was amazing! I know that those who are fortunate enough to attend the conference this year will also have their expectations exceeded. Please let me know when the pixie dust arrives letting you know that you are selected!
