At Atria's I have SO many incomplete blog posts that it's laughable. They're incomplete because I'll start writing them and then life happens. They're incomplete because in between my inspiration for the post and editing it, I realized that I had a sponsored post to complete. They're incomplete because some national event took precedence. I am a Mother...

Being a mother has been my greatest honor, biggest privilege, and hardest job. I am humbled to be in a club that includes great women like my own mother, grandmother and ancestors. I am their daughter and I am here, humbly trying to make them proud.

I am a milk machine who nourishes

A scheduler who flourishes

A counselor who listens

Who strives to make them glisten

 

I am a cook who makes tasty meals

An empath with all of the feels

A teacher who helps them do their best

Who strives to help them pass the test

 

I am a dreamer who sees what my kids can be

A light who helps them see

A warrior who fights to keep them safe

Who strives to show them the way

 

I am a hugger who embraces

A kisser who covers their little faces

A disciplinarian who gives them what they need

Who strives to help them succeed

 

Simply put, I am a mother who loves

A humble woman who gets strength from above

A indefatigable worker who cooks and cleans

A grateful heart who appreciate what all this means
